Sometimes there's no easy way to be vulnerable(essentially telling all of your personal business) but with vulnerability comes the opportunity to inspire others - think of me as the auntie who heals and mentors others while also experiencing life herself. As I share my life, wisdom, encouraging words, etc. with the beautiful souls who find me, I want you to feel comfortable knowing that no one is perfect and life is a journey...an experience...an expedition of choices! No one is perfect; not you, not me, or anyone for that matter but by evolving into the example of change that I want to see, hopefully that helps the community of beautiful souls I connect with as we journey through life together. Healing is nonlinear and that' okay. Just like life, there's up's, down's, reminiscing, regrets, crying, anger...basically emotions and feelings(we're human beings, not robots...it happens). For me personally, it took several setbacks and life lessons to finally realize that sometimes life does in fact, happen to you and not for you due to the cards we're dealt in life but we can always turn upside down's, right-side up with a different mindset.
